Start Time: Sunday 8th January 2023. Meet at 09.45 am for 10.00 am start.

Start and Finish: Woodstock Public Car Park, Hensington Road Postcode OX20 1JH – located at the back of both the Fire & Police Stations. Parking is free.  This wonderful walk takes us around Woodstock and through the grounds of Blenheim Palace. Most of the walk is on tarmac paths through the Blenheim Estate – hopefully avoiding the mud! A shorter walk of approx 5 miles is also available – please contact walk leader for details. There are many delightful bars and cafés in Woodstock for post-walk refreshment.

Difficulty: Moderate –  approx. 9 miles.

Getting there from Aylesbury – 30 Miles: A41 to Bicester then take A34 towards Oxford. Just past Kidlington see signs for Blenheim Palace & Woodstock. Follow A44 under Oxford bypass to Woodstock.  1 Mile after roundabout with A4095 in the town centre turn Right into narrow Hensington Road, where the car park is indicated after the Fire Station by the Library. Turn left into Car Park.

Getting There from Oxford : 10 Miles: follow the Woodstock Road A44 under Oxford bypass to Woodstock.  1 Mile after roundabout with A4095 in the town centre turn right into narrow Hensington Road, where the car park is indicated after the Fire Station by the Library. Turn left into Car Park.
